• All fees paid to Rudra Solutions for our consulting, training, digital products, and other professional services are non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed.
• By making a purchase or payment on our website or through any of our payment links, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. Scope of services covered
This No Refund Policy applies to (including but not limited to):
• Financial consulting and advisory services
• Corporate training programs, workshops, and webinars
• Online courses, recorded sessions, and digital learning materials
• Customized reports, templates, and other digital deliverables
• Any other paid service or product offered under the Rudra Solutions brand
Once access to a service, session, or digital product has been granted or work has commenced, no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
• For live sessions (consulting calls, trainings, or webinars), you may request rescheduling subject to our availability and reasonable prior notice.
• Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund, but where possible we may offer an alternative date or credit for a future session at our sole discretion. This does not create any obligation to provide refunds.
4. Exceptional circumstances
While we do not offer refunds as a standard practice, we are committed to fair dealing and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in India.
• In cases of proven technical failure on our side (for example, you did not receive access to a paid digital product due to our system error and we are unable to provide alternate access within a reasonable time), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement service, extended access, or other suitable remedy.
• If a service has not been delivered at all due to our fault, you may write to us, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis in line with Indian consumer protection requirements against unfair trade practices.
This clause is to ensure fairness and legal compliance; it does not create a general right to refund.
